Audrey Forrest has concentrated her career on employment litigation representing workers who have been the victims of discrimination or who have been wrongfully fired from their employment.  She understands how important a person's job is to them and has dedicated her professional career to protecting Ohio's workers.  After graduating from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law and earning her Juris Doctorate, Audrey became a trial attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  During her time at the EEOC, she achieved and was awarded the EEOC Outstanding Service Award recognizing her achievements.  Following that, Audrey was offered a position as a labor attorney with a Fortune 500 corporation.  This, combined with her union representation, allowed her the perspective of involvement in employment and labor matters from both sides.

Audrey has also earned SHRM certification by the Society for Human Resource Management, which is the recognition of expertise in human resources.

Audrey has successfully represented employees at both the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as well as the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.  She has litigated employment cases in both state and federal court and is particularly interested in employment discrimination, including discrimination based on sex, age, disability, race, sexual harassment, hostile workplace and wrongful discharge.  She has successfully resolved and achieved significant compensation and justice for her clients.

In addition to her employment practice, Audrey has developed a special interest in discrimination against students at all levels of public education.  She has represented students who have been victims of discrimination or whose needs have not been accommodated.
