David A. Forrest

David has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 1979. He obtained a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Baldwin-Wallace in 1976 and earned his law degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1979. Dave is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He served on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Association for Justice (formerly Ohio Association of Trial Lawyers) from 1993 through 1999 and was the Section Chairman for Products Liability from 1995 through 1997. Dave regularly lectures other lawyers in Continuing Legal Education seminars with topics including medical malpractice, products liability, employment intentional tort and trial strategies. He was named a leading lawyer by Northeast Ohio Insider Business Magazine in 2002 and 2003 and a 2004 Ohio Super Lawyer by a Cincinnati magazine.

Dave's practice areas primarily focus upon personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability and Maritime Law. He also represents clients in employment discrimination and wrongful discharge cases.
