Jeffries, Kube, Forrest & Monteleone Co., L.P.A., located in Cleveland, OH, focuses its practice on the areas of personal injury and wrongful death caused by medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, work place incidents and defective products in order to provide our clients with the most effective legal representation possible. Founded in 1979 by Sal Jeffries and Michael Monteleone, the firm has five experienced trial attorneys who promise to deliver excellent legal representation to people who have been seriously injured in an accident or by medical negligence.

As a small, experienced Ohio firm, we are able to offer each client personal and individualized attention in addressing and resolving their legal matters. We spend a great deal of time carefully listening to our clients so we can help evaluate their case, help them identify their goals, and fully understand and analyze the important legal issues involved with their case. Our clients are consulted at every stage of the legal process with competent, understanding advice and answers to their questions.

We are truly concerned about our clients and work hard to see that they are taken care of. This means we take a practical approach to each case and evaluate its strengths and weaknesses, make sure the client has realistic expectations about their case, and work toward a settlement of the matter. If a fair settlement cannot be obtained, we are willing and able to pursue the matter to trial in the best interests of our client. Opposing counsel knows us and knows that we aren't afraid to try a case. Whatever the approach, we will employ our best efforts for our clients and treat their matters as if they were our own, exercising the highest degree of judgment, integrity and discretion, We have a proven track record of representing our clients' interests and getting excellent results.

Due to our experience and our reputation within the legal community, we maintain our practice almost exclusively through referrals from satisfied clients and attorneys throughout Ohio and beyond. We are also actively engaged in trial lawyers associations throughout the state. Each of our attorneys is a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Dave Forrest and Brad Zelasko are former members of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Academy.  . Mike Monteleone is a past president of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and has been selected as one of the "Best Lawyers of America" each year since 1995.
