Dave is one of the founding members of Jeffries, Kube, Forrest & Monteleone Co, LPA (JKFM Law) and he serves as its President and Managing Partner. After earning his Juris Doctorate from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Dave has focused his practice on representing individuals in litigation against corporations, employers and individuals who have caused them harm. Dave has been board certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Civil Trial Advocacy since 2000. He has also earned the highest rating of A.V. in both legal and ethical standards by Martindale-Hubbell, as has JKFM Law. He has been named as a Super Lawyer, a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have obtained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement since 2004 and has been selected to be included in Best Lawyers.

In his practice, Dave has served as lead counsel in trials and has resolved numerous cases for his clients focusing on trucking and other serious motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice including surgical and diagnostic errors as well as nursing home negligence. Dave has tried and resolved serious injury cases caused by defectively designed machinery and equipment as well as maritime injuries under the Jones Act.

In addition to the above, Dave has tried as lead counsel and resolved a significant number of employment discharge cases including employment discrimination as a result of age, sex, race, disability, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge.

Dave believes in vigorously representing his clients and over the years he has been privileged to achieve multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients.
